An industrial park in City of Industry, California, has sold for $30.75 million. Newport Beach-based Focus Real Estate bought the four-building, 95,750-square-foot property — located at 19501 E. Walnut Drive S., 1180 Wright Way, 1170 Wright Way and 19449 E. Walnut Dr. S. — from a private investor. The industrial park is fully leased and features frontage on the 60 freeway, up to 24-foot height clearance, dock-high and ground-level doors, and plenty of parking. Situated on individual parcels with leases that are set to expire in the near-term, the new owner could invest in a value-add repositioning of the property.
