It's been an unexpectedly dreary and wet Labor Day weekend so far across Southern California, but the sun may come out in time for Monday's activities, forecasters say. A low-pressure system centered in Northern California has pulled tropical moisture over Southern California, according to the National Weather Service. 'We'll still have quite a lot of clouds, with some even lasting through Monday, and a few more showers mainly Sunday morning,' NWS meteorologist Brandt Maxwell said Saturday afternoon.
