Dana Hills cross country runner Evan Noonan is the Southern California News Group's High School Boys Athlete of the Week for Sept. 11-17 after he received 50% of the vote at the deadline Thursday. Serra's Cincere Rhaney (football) finished second with 19.23% of the vote, and Harvard-Westlake's Dean Strauser (water polo) finished third (11.54%).
