Great Oak golfer Jessica Li is the Southern California News Group's High School Girls Athlete of the Week for Sept. 11-17 after she received 67.44% of the vote at the deadline Thursday. Trabuco Hills' Holly Barker (cross country) finished second with 18.6% of the vote, and there was a three-way tie for third at 4.65% — Long Beach Poly's Elle Denison (flag football), Granada Hills' Samantha Pacheco (cross country) and La Canada's Maya DeBrouwer (cross country). Congratulations to all of the candidates for this week's honor.
